Qualifications:

  • Two years’ experience in an administrative, human resource, education and development or similar role.
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • Proficient and/or able to quickly learn payroll/human resource information systems and related HR platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy.

Day to day:

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding activities
  • Data entry into payroll system for employee related transactions
  • Maintains employee file management
  • Assist employees with their questions or refers them to subject matter experts in HR
  • Update internal process documents

Placement: Temporary; until the end of March 2026

Pay: $28 to $30

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Hybrid Schedule: Monday's must be in the office. 1-2 days remote at clients discretion
