Job Description



Come join a locally owned HVAC company who prides itself on strong customer service, teamwork and exceptional service. In this role, the Dispatcher/Admin Support answers calls, dispatches technicians, provides general office support including, clerical and accounting.

Primary duties:

  • Answers phones, enter calls into Dispatch Board (Desco) Scheduling
  • Type 40 wpm, data entry, filing, as needed
  • Copies documents, as needed
  • Send faxes as need
  • Dispatch technicians
  • Scan paperwork
  • Makes new files
  • Sends thank you cards
  • Check and send Emails
  • Call to schedule maintenance checks when needed
  • Verify delivered filters against filter Lists
  • Customer follow up as needed
  • Other tasks as requested

Secondary duties:

  • Inventory, Purchase Orders, Invoicing,

 Education and Experience Requirements:                                                                                                                                                                                

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years dispatch experience (preferred)
  • Quickbooks, Desco (ESC) Dispatch (preferred)
  • Excel
  • Strong attention to detail 

Pay rate: $18 to $19, depending on experience

Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Mon-Fri)

Placement: Contract to Direct
