Job Description



Qualifications:

  • IT Leadership experience at the level of leading other leaders, managers, supervisors, etc.
  • Experience with developing, leading, and/or influencing enterprise data management strategies and data governance strategies
  • Knowledge of data architecture and analytics
  • Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Experience with data integration tools and technologies
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

 

Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and execution of data and artificial intelligence strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Collaborating with senior leadership, stakeholders, and vendors to define data needs, create system roadmaps, and support digital transformation
  • Overseeing enterprise data systems, ensuring data quality, integrity, security, and regulatory compliance
  • Leading data governance and maintaining a centralized data repository to support digital initiatives
  • Developing and tracking IT service metrics, supporting continuous improvement, and assisting with IT budgeting
  • Ensuring robust infrastructure through disaster recovery and business continuity planning
  • Managing project execution through balancing scope, quality, schedule, budget, and risk to meet stakeholder expectations
  • Staying current with emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance organizational capabilities

 

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Fostering a collaborative IT culture through empowering staff to lead with autonomy and accountability
  • Mentoring and coaching team members and supervisors to support career growth, conflict resolution, and professional development
  • Identifying and developing high-potential talent through strategic succession planning

  • Effectively communicating system changes to technical and non-technical audiences to influence support and utilization of these technologies

Placement: Contract with Intent to do Contract to Direct

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Pay: $125/hr to $150/hr
