Job Description


Provide front office support for home improvement service contractor. Take ownership of this key function by coordinating customer service and sales.


  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Inside sales for phone inquiries, emails, and 5- 10 walk-in customers per week
  • Data entry into CRM program
  • Scheduling and assignment of jobs to installers
  • Preparation and processing of work orders
  • Customer service
  • Verification of worker time sheets


  • College degree or at least 3 years of relevant job experience
  • Passion for helping customers with bath and kitchen upgrades
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to project a positive and professional image to callers and visitors
  • Ability to work well as a team player
  • Enthusiastic telephone, customer service, and sales skills
  • Commitment to keeping techs on the job by maintaining a full schedule
  • Solid computer skills involving email, data entry and Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Good ability to multi-task in fast paced, small business environment
  • A sense of humor is preferred!

Other Considerations:

Position is full-time. Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Dependable attendance and punctuality are critical job requirements. Individual must be detailed and skilled at organization to succeed in this position. Periodic job evaluations may warrant increased pay and benefits. Holiday pay and personal days are provided. This position offers benefits and advancement opportunities.

Contract to Direct

Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Pay= $19/hr-$22/hr
