Job Description


Player/Coach to develop Commercial Business for national surface refinishing franchise. 



  • Grow sales from existing $30 million level.
  • Help more franchises do more commercial work.  Ie. contractors, military, hospitality, and medical client.                    
  • Generate new commercial customers and manage sales cycle                    
  • Leverage existing customers into additional business by "connecting dots"           
  • Support franchisees through education and accountability
  • Manage Department activities and resources


  • 5+ years of sales and management experience
  • Background in construction, renovation, or facility management is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, marketing, or related field. 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Able to project a positive and professional image to customers
  • Ability to develop and lead a team
  • Solid computer skills involving email, data entry and Microsoft Excel & Word
  • A sense of humor is preferred!

Other Considerations:

Position is full-time. Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Dependable attendance and punctuality are critical job requirements. Individual must be detailed and skilled at organization to succeed in this position. Periodic job evaluations may warrant increased pay and benefits.


Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
