We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Senior Marketing Manager who is hungry to help these small business owners grow & thrive. Our ideal candidate has experience scaling & executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as internalizing & executing our long-term strategy, and thriving on tight deadlines and changing needs.

Objectives of this Role

  • Lead all marketing efforts for our 3 core marketing focus areas: Residential (D2C), Commercial (B2B), and Franchise Sales.
    • Residential: Support our franchisees in their marketing efforts, executing campaigns, providing marketing guidance, and using our proprietary systems & processes to service our franchisee clients at scale.
    • Commercial: Support our Commercial Services team to develop and execute marketing initiatives designed to increase national relationship leads.
    • Franchise Sales: Grow our network of locations through lead gen & awareness marketing related to our franchise opportunity.
  • Partner with our Technology team to continue refinement & development of further in-house at-scale marketing programs.
  • Coach franchisees on marketing questions, complex account reviews, and develop/revise per-market marketing plans each month.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal technology to achieve scalability, and driving collaboration across our organization.
  • Achieve 100% of our Marketing KPIs. Our KPIs focus on ensuring franchisees have enough leads to remain fully booked, and that all franchisees are actively supported in their marketing journey through coaching, monthly review meetings, market analysis, etc.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to provide insight during marketing executive planning meetings.
  • Maintain and execute on departmental plans, processes and procedures so that we provide reliable, repeatable servicing of our franchisee accounts.
  • Lead day-to-day management of direct reports.
  • Deeply understand the business and continue advancing our existing defined marketing plans & strategy.


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Working at the direction of the executive team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Partner with the organization’s technology team to continue implementing scalable, trackable, and measurable campaigns, leveraging our investments in proprietary technology systems.
  • Execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, taking direction and collaborating with stakeholders including Sales, Technology, Commercial, etc.
  • Perform outreach per our franchisee engagement strategy to ensure our franchisees are happy, informed, and excited.
  • Present ideas to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about customer attitudes, questions, and observed marketing trends within the network.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience following marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience working in an environment which uses proprietary systems & tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Experience in D2C Marketing and deep experience in sales funnel strategy and creation


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Experience running and analyzing print campaigns & cross-media ad plans.
  • Google Ads certified
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Print Advertising (primarily Magazine and Newspaper), etc.
  • Proven ability to scale-out a customized marketing strategy across multiple markets.
  • Experience supporting multiple marketing clients/stakeholders


Salary Range

            $75,000 - $90,000k
