Job Description

Special Comments and Job Duties:

  • Enterprise application and systems administration, configuration, and customization
  • Supporting applications in their corresponding cloud-based or on-prem environments
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
  • Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
  • Manage backup and restore operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
  • Lead airport desktop support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
  • Coordinate with city and/or departmental counterparts to troubleshoot or manage enterprise resources
  • Evaluate vendor products and recommend purchases consistent with the Airport's objectives
  • Recommend and implement policies and standards; ensure adherence to security procedures

Support the training and skills enhancement of all IT department team members


Contract 3 months with possible extention to 6 months

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with afterhours rotation possible

Pay= $26.68/hr-$33.80/hr
