Job Summary:


The Document Control Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Corporate and Protection Business Unit Quality Management functions forthe company.  This includes document and data support to the Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure accuracy of process documents and records; and coordinating between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance to ensure appropriate process document changes are documented and/or communicated.



  • Provide document support to the Protection Business Unit and the Corporate Quality Managers.
  • Participate in working meetings to improve process documentation.
  • Update existing process documents to the latest standard template.
  • Create new process documentation as needed.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years of prior experience in managing process documentation.
  • Proficient with MS-Office, Adobe Acrobat and Visio.
  • Thorough written and verbal command of the English language.
  • Experience with a quality management system; familiarity with IS0 9000 process documentation highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile PLM and Automotive Requirements (IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, IMDS, etc.) is a plus.

Contract for 3 months possible Contract to Direct

Monday through Friday

8am-5pm or 8am-4:30pm
