This position typically reports to an Operations Manager, Project managers and may also report to Accounting Manager. The Crew Logistics Specialist must perform a wide variety of duties ranging from interviewing potential new crew members to planning crews for a tour. Within Stageco U.S. office, this is a second level position requiring a higher level of skills and experience than Administrative Clerks and Staff Assistants. To fulfill the job requirements, employees assigned to this class title must be able to do research and extract data from appropriate Microsoft module and accounting programs. Crew Logistics Specialists support high-level Stageco administrators, they must be able to apply judgment with respect to communications and confidentiality. This position requires intermediate or advanced level proficiency in the use of standard desktop applications, including the ability to produce documents and presentations of all kinds using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software tools.

  • Coordinating transportation to ensure prompt and proper movement of crews to venues
  • Responds to crew travel inquiries refers clients to the proper channels of changes
  • Reviews travel arrangements to ensure travel itinerary accuracy
  • Assist preparing credit card statement for accountant review.  Attaches and codes the receipt to the proper account and job code
  • Develop and refine the processes to make travel efficient and cost effective
  • Assist with client contracts and Certificates of Insurance (COI)
  • Support human resources and payroll process as a secondary/backup for payroll preparation
  • Review travel reimbursement for headquarters staff and road crews.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the mission and function of the office

Minimum Qualification Requirements

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least four years of experience in a logistics position. Associates Degree in logistics or similar field and two years of experience in logistics.


Must be able to pass drug screening.

Pay: $50K - $70K depending on experience
