Sales Support Specialist

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will contact both prospective and existing customers, building relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. In addition, you will provide a wide range of administrative duties to the Sales Enterprise including scheduling, rewriting of policies, referral entry, assignment of leads, and billing. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right candidate to play a pivotal role in our growth. This individual will call prospective customers in defined dialing lists to further the relationship and transfer to a licensed sales rep.  Use persuasive communication skills to overcome objectives and generate interest in receiving a quote. In addition, you will help existing customers by answering questions or arranging a call back from a licensed sales rep.  We will depend on you to collect payments including non-pay balances, correct billing issues, update customer banking information, and call lenders to request payment and suspense utilizing various systems (ie BillingCenter, Guidewire, SMART, QuotePortal). In this support role, you will also enter data, process mail, respond to inquiries, and conduct required research.


We are seeking an engaging, proactive individual who is able to quickly build rapport and deliver the message confidently to our prospective and existing customers. You’re a game-changer, a key player, and always the first to offer a hand. The successful candidate will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent as well as previous customer service experience.


Pay rate $18.00 per hour + depending upon experience

Hours: Mon-Thurs 2 pm to 7pm, 20 hours/week (4 days/week)

Temporary: long-term, could be considered for contract-to-direct
