Job Description

The Staffing Clerk will support the administrative requirements of a staffing operation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following.

  • Accurate data entry for Employee records
  • Answer phones
  • Recruiting
  • Assemble New Hire Packets
  • Order office supplies
  • Filing
  • Back up for Staffing Manager positions
  • Assist in monitoring paperwork and documentation
  • Exemplifies AWESome company standards
  • All other duties as assigned

Education and /or Experience:

  • High School diploma - Bachelor of Science Degree preferred
  • 1 year recruiting experience (highly preferred)
  • Experience in a related health care field setting REQUIRED.
  • Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. 
  • Ability to deal with problems and solve them.

Computer Skills Must be able to work with current software. Must be familiar with the system and be able to input and retrieve data.

Upon direct hire hire travel-primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight may be expected.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is periodically required to stand, walk and talk or hear. The employee must periodically lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Contract to Direct

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some weekend or evening hours may be necessary in emergency situations.
