Business Process Automation Analyst


Summary: As a member of the Site Resiliency Team (Automation), you shall be responsible for helping design, architect, develop, and deliver key automation solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with the Process Improvement team, IT, and PMO to gather and document requirements from business stakeholders and ensure project team is adhering to project plans and helping to identify and resolve risks/discrepancies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technology skills, is organized, has a good eye for detail and has a deep understanding of RPA as it relates to financial services and/or banking.


Responsibilities: Partner with business and IT leaders to identify process improvement and automation opportunities, designed to improve our customers’ and colleagues’ experience Be responsible for supporting the strategy, design, development, and deployment of robotic, cognitive, and workflow automation solutions such as RPA, intelligent document processing, machine learning, chatbots, and low-code/no-code workflow solutions Effectively communicate status of automation projects, inclusive of risks, issues, action items and dependencies to management and stakeholders Serve as a stakeholder liaison and assist in the coordination of change management activities Establish mechanisms to continually monitor and evaluate programs, processes, and workflows Support other IT and business-led strategic initiatives with solution design, implementation, and change management as needed Research, evaluate, and recommend tools and solutions to accelerate process improvement initiatives and drive successful change Work collaboratively with other analysts and assist them with overcoming barriers, to further enable the success of the overall team Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or associate degree/high school diploma and equivalent years of experience) 3-5 years of experience in consulting and/or banking industry, including process re-engineering and/or automation experience Previous experience working with Robotic Process Automation technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism) is strongly preferred Ability to prioritize bandwidth and work across multiple projects/work streams simultaneously Excellent verbal, written communication skills Highly proficient in MS Office (Visio, Excel, etc.) with ability to create executive-level presentations Prior Mortgage Origination / Servicing experience or related field is highly preferred Prior consulting experience is a plus Process certifications (Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL or equivalent) are a plus
