Job Description

Has the primary responsibility to provide leadership, direction and management of the day-to-day activities and ensuring the processing team is running smoothly. Ideal candidate will be able to lead and assist the processing team, assist with continued client growth and software development. Be able to handle escalated client relations problems. Research and resolve issues that may arise. Provide strategic recommendations to the president and members of the executive management team.

Objectives and Responsibilities: Assist with forward development and growth of the company. Because we have a small staff, crossover training is essential. You will learn all facets of the payroll process, then you will oversee the payroll department in all aspects and assist as needed. You will track staffing requirements, hire new employees as needed, ensure staff knows the established rules and follows them. Ensure accuracy. Solve escalated issues with customers, taxing agencies and others as needed. Keep production running smoothly. Support strategic partners and work to bring them aboard. Lead, motivate, and support a small team within a time-sensitive and sometimes demanding environment.

Contract to Direct

Monday through Friday
