Someone who can interview the business and technical personnel to determine and document the workflow of a service and it’s underling components, both internal and external. This would include the applications, hardware, and external services required in order for that service to function.
Project Soft Skills: Ability to listen Ability to ask relevant/leading questions to garner the appropriate information on IT services. Ability to write documents clearly and concisely and in a form that best represents the IT services the organization offers. Ability to make recommendations on format and structure of documents.
Long term contract- 12 months
Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm
