Office & Human Resources Manager

Position Summary

The Human Resources & Office Manager keeps our company operating at high speed, providing technical and administrative support, as well as managing Human Resources. This key position enhances the office’s day-to-day operations by keeping everyone working efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a

face-paced environment

• Ability to be diplomatic, tactful, and professional, both internally and externally

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading and editing

• Successfully work with minimal supervision

• Intermediate understanding of Human Resources

• 3+ years of high-level administrative experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Work experience or volunteer service at faith-based nonprofit a plus

 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage electronic and paper files, offices supplies, mailings, and organization

• Coordinate services with vendors to enhance company operations and the client experience

• Troubleshoot technology issues in conjunction with expert support providers

• Manage Human Resources, including managing benefits, recruiting and onboarding, coordinating annual reviews, maintaining compliance, and recognition

• Event planning for team and company events

 

Contract-to-Direct

Pay: $28.84/hour + Depending upon experience

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (Flex 7:00 am-4:00 pm also)
