Job Description


Encompasses a variety of duties that provides support to the claims department such as answering incoming calls, completing SR1 forms, file jackets, photo copying, mail distribution, salvage logs, total loss checks, and dispatching assignments, etc. Current positions in this job classification are - Message Center, Mitchell Medical, Total Loss Clerk, Dispatcher and Subrogation Clerk.


  • Customer Service: Explain features and benefits about other products and services in order to attract potential customers.
  • Contract Administration: Review contracts with customers, vendors, partners, and employees in order to ensure and protect the interests of all the parties.
  • Documentation: Service Details: Track file and input all technical documentation in order to ensure all customer accounts correctly reflect the activity that was performed.


Business Experience:

  • Must have at least one year of previous customer service experience.

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent amount of education and experience.



Pay rate $19.10+ per hour depending on experience 

Hours: M-F 40 hours per week, availability between 8 am and 6 pm
