Job Description

 Contracts Administrator for local construction company, company will train!

  Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate subcontract agreements and purchase agreements
  • Obtain and track subcontractor required documents
  • Generate subcontractor change orders
  • Must have some accounting background and be familiar with cost codes of construction industry
  • Review subcontractor monthly draw requests
  • Order product(s) for job start up
  • Prepare updated A-305 (AIA Prequalification package) as requested
  • Assist in arranging lodging for superintendents on each project
  • Generate required Owner close out documents at project end
  • Must be able to multi-task and take initiative to complete assignments on time
  • Good communication skills
  • Assist CFO and other levels of management


  • Prior experience in construction REQUIRED
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to work quickly and critically in a fast paced environment

Pay: 45K + DOE

Schedule: Full-time 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (Monday- Friday)
