Job Description



  • Lead data-driven digital strategy, innovation & roadmap development & execution for increasing sophistication & effectiveness in driving brand awareness & engagement
  • Partner with agency & marketing colleagues to develop, plan, & advise or oversee execution of paid digital media & initiatives for brand & all business lines; optimize performance spend, providing direction to media partners as needed
  • Provide marketing automation, lead generation & email practice leadership & support for the Ent brand
  • Oversee Digital Marketing promotion execution support & best practice delivery for products & services online
  • Provide brand management oversight for digital marketing & multimedia asset creation for Ent’s online, mobile (web and apps), email & social platforms
  • Consult on brand & marketing execution for electronic banking products; regular participation in agile development processes for electronic banking services
  • Collaborate, consult, & educate the organization on the power & opportunities within digital
  • Own digital marketing metrics & key performance indicators, presenting results to leadership & recommending solutions
  • Oversee online content, landing page & the Web experience development & conversion for Ent.com
  • Adopt & establish a test & learn approach across marketing channels, & drive effective marketing decisions & investments
  • Measure, analyze, & report on performance of digital marketing funnels, lead generation & marketing campaigns against key business objectives to inform digital strategy & provide regular insight & guidance
  • Lead automation, personalization, & lead generation technologies to drive more efficient business results
  • Identify & develop case for investments that enable digital marketing efficiency & effectiveness
  • Establish & manage digital budget & provide forecasting for both spend & results
  • Provide staff vision & alignment with strategic goals
  • Manage external digital agency & vendor partners
  • Other duties as required

Minimum education:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Admin, or related

Minimum work experience:

  • 7+ yrs’ digital products/service development &/or digital marketing, data analytics or other related digital marketing experience
  • 3+ yrs’ vendor relationship management
  • 3+ yrs’ staff management, training, & development
  • (Preferred) 5+ yrs’ digital marketing experience in a financial services firm

Technical skills:

  • Deep understanding & experience with marketing technologies & tools such as Email Automation platforms, A/B testing tools, CMS, DMPs and CRMs
  • Deep understanding of and experience delivering results using search engine optimization (SEO) & search engine marketing (SEM), social media (including reputation management), email marketing & paid digital media
  • Strong understanding of marketing mix modeling
  • Broad command of push/pull digital marketing techniques & opportunities available through websites, blogs, email, text messaging, web feeds, & social media with an eye for new & emerging digital channels
  • Strong application of Brand Management concepts
  • Self-motivated team player with strong initiative & the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing growth environment
  • Experience building & leading high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced growth oriented, results-driven organization
  • Strong analytical skills, & the ability to translate data into insights relevant to actionable business decisions
  • Use case & ROI development
  • Superior written, verbal & presentation communications skills, with strong ability to positively influence outcomes
  • Familiarity with Agile (SCRUM) development methodologies
  • Full literacy in MS Office applications
  • (Preferred) Breadth & depth of knowledge pertaining to the credit union industry/retail financial services business

Certifications required:

  • Valid Colorado Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
