Office Manager

 

Local manufacturing company seeking Office Manager with great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize office needs.

Job Duties:

  • Accounting
  • Manage invoices
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Data entry
  • Payroll using Sage
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Answering questions via phone and email

 

Requirements:

  • Accounting experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Skilled in use of Word and Excel
  • Plus if you have Sage 50 software
  • Payroll experience a plus

 

Pay rate: $18 + depending on experience

Full-time: Monday - Thursday 7 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 7 am to 12 pm
