Job Description



Administration opening working for the Town of Green Mountain Falls

Duties:

  • Maintaining office spread sheets
  • Data entry
  • Paper files
  • Answering phone
  • Taking messages
  • Returning patrons calls
  • Welcoming incoming traffic
  • Opening and closing office
  • Tasks as assign
  • Take meeting minutes on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday 7PM - 9PM

Required:

  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft software
  • 2 years Admin/ Front Desk experience
  • Ability to work under own supervision
  • Professionalism 
  • Maintain confidentiality

Desired:

  • City or State Government experience

Hours: Part-time (approx 25 hours/week). 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM (Monday-Wednesday)

Pay: $15

Short term contract with a chance to become Contract-to-direct.
