Job Description

The ideal candidate filling this role will be a self-starter with a high-energy level and be able to use HubSpot CRM and at the Jedi Master level.  Will be working with automotive dealerships and individual seller to assist in marketing their products to multiple internet platforms.

The candidate will assign HubSpot leads to outside company teams.  End of week duties will be to report to  senior level management and report on sales leads progress, and any issues needing attention.  CSM will use a project task board, Kanban like to track activities and manage (2) outside Web developers to keep them on track and updated list of tasks for Web development and customer Website updates. 

Knowledge of advertising and internet sales in the automotive industry is highly desired.

  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Digital Marketing skills (Facebook, Twitter, InstaGram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • HubSpot CRM
  • Adobe Photoshop (can edit photos, can create ad sets as banner ads and place them into social media portals)
  • Dreamweaver
  • Sales Funnel understanding, understands how to rank leads, and future them into the HubSpot Sales Pipeline
  • Keynote or PowerPoint skills
  • MS Word, Excel
  • Google Analytics

Contract- Long term

Monday through Friday

9am to 6pm

Will be able to work onsite or remote

Must supply own computer and internet if working from home.

Pay : $25.00/hour + depending upon experience
