Assist the technical services team in the development of policies for the IT Service Management Team.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interview IT management to understand policy decisions.
- Document Policies using standard templates.
- Ensure that all required sections/elements of each policy are completely documented.
- Reformat existing Policies to conform to documentation templates.
- Interview IT staff to determine and document Procedures as necessary.
- Identify Policy verbiage from procedure documents and other documents.
- Development and maintenance of procedure and training documentation.
- Create checklist per department requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience writing & documenting technical manuals
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- General service desk experience a plus
- Laptop imaging and active directory account a plus
Temporary: 6 months – 1 year
Daily schedule: M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm (some remote work possible) 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $20.00 +DOE per hour
